Multi-Specialty Hospital — Exterior Architectural Rendering
A 250-bed multi-specialty hospital needed a comprehensive render package for RERA registration, HMDA approvals, and investor presentations — all with different technical and aesthetic requirements.
The Challenge
Healthcare projects in Telangana require specific render formats for HMDA submissions — fixed camera angles, scale bars, and daylight conditions as per the authority's checklist. Simultaneously, the private equity investors backing the project expected premium photorealistic imagery for their own diligence and board presentations. A single render set couldn't serve both without customisation.
Our Approach
We produced two parallel deliverable streams: a 'compliance package' (orthographic and 45° axonometric views, neutral overcast lighting, title block annotations) and a 'presentation package' (photorealistic golden-hour renders, aerial drone-perspective composited against actual satellite imagery, landscaped site context). Both streams were derived from the same base 3D model, keeping revision turnaround fast when the façade design changed mid-project.
The Result
HMDA approval was obtained without a resubmission — a significant time saving on a project of this scale. The investor presentation package was used in a successful Series A close. The client subsequently engaged Dots3D for interior renders of all 12 ward types.
