A leading FMCG brand launching 14 SKUs needed e-commerce-ready product renders before physical samples were available. We delivered 70 hero shots and 14 product spins in 8 days — cutting their go-live timeline by 3 weeks.

The Challenge

Physical samples were still in production in China. The Amazon and Flipkart launch deadline was fixed. The brand team needed studio-quality hero shots, lifestyle composites, and 360° spin assets for all 14 SKUs — all from packaging artwork and CAD dimension specs alone, with no physical product to photograph.

Our Approach

We built all 14 SKUs from the dieline artwork, applying material properties per the packaging spec (matte laminate, spot UV, emboss effects). Each SKU received a white-background hero shot, a lifestyle composite on a kitchen countertop, and a 36-frame 360° spin exported in the Amazon-prescribed format. A QA pass with the brand's packaging agency was built into the workflow, and all files were delivered in a structured folder system matching the retailer upload templates.

The Result

All 14 SKUs went live on Amazon and Flipkart on launch day — 3 weeks ahead of when physical photography would have been possible. The brand team reused the 3D assets for social media and POS display artwork, generating additional value well beyond the original brief.
